- Description
- This famous presidential theme has been arranged for double wind quintet in D Major. The parts are appropriately written in the style of early 19th century reflecting the period in which the tune was written. This short piece has many practical uses such as party music, teaching wind ensemble, or as an encore. Hail to the Chief is a popular crowd pleaser and this arrangement brings a European sounding tradition to an American classic. This arrangement calls for C Clarinets and D Horns but transposed parts for A Clarinets and F Horns are also available.
